Our phone necklace comprises of a transparent phone case securely attached to a braided polypropylene cord. Slip your phone into the phone case and you're ready to go.
Is the necklace length adjustable?
Yes, it is. With our specially designed adjuster, you are able to adjust the necklace to different lengths to style it the way you want.
Can the cord necklace be washed?
As it is attached to an adjuster and phone case, it is advisable not to wash it. For regular maintenance, you can wipe down the cord necklace with a damp cloth and leave it to dry in a cool environment. Polypropylene is known to dry quickly.
Will the phone case turn yellow?
There will be natural yellowing over time due to the interaction of TPU and UV rays. To reduce the rate of yellowing, keep your Besbes out of the sun and in a cool dry place when not in use.

Phones may obtain scratches from split rings or small particles that stray into the case. Please handle with care at your own risk.
What does "logo placment v1" mean?
I'm glad you asked! From customer feedback, we have decided to reposition our logo on our phone necklaces. This will be done in batches and please be patient with us while we move towards getting all models up to speed. Rest assured that the logo placement in no way affects the useability of the product.
If your model has (logo placement v1) stated next to your phone model, the picture above shows the phone cover you will receive.

We provide free delivery on all orders above SGD15 in Singapore. For orders below SGD15, delivery is at a flat rate SGD3. Deliveries are fulfilled by Ninja Van. Delivery window is 2-4 business days, not including the day it is picked up. A tracking number will be sent to you to once your order has been fulfilled. It can take up to 2 business days to receive updates on the parcel so please be patient!

Once your shipment is turned over to the postal service in your country, it is marked as delivered in our system. Collecting your goods from your local post and paying any duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Kindly follow your order journey through the tracking link provided to the email associated with your order, as we will not be responsible for unsuccessful delivery attempts or delivery delays due to re-routing of article, unsuccessful delivery attempts or insufficient address info.
All orders will be prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days from receipt of order.
All orders will be sent out based on the address provided by the customer. Any failure to deliver due to errors, omissions in address will be charged a handling fee of SGD$5. Postage to resend will be borne by the customer.

Besbes is not responsible, and cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. By completing your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your package is seized by customs officials for any reason whatsoever, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition.
Discount codes can be applied on the final page of check out before payment. All prices on the cart page exclude shipping charges. Please check the shipping charges below.
We accept refunds and exchanges only in the event that you have received a defective product or a completely different and incorrect product which does not match the order you placed. All refunds and exchange requests for defective goods will undergo assessment before being approved or rejected. Please understand that not all cases will be approved for refund within reasonable means as a large number of our products have to hand assembled might incur some slight scuffs from the handling.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Besbes will not cover the return postage costs.
Cases regarding exchange in colour/phone models will not be entertained. Please confirm your items and sizing before submitting your order.
Our exchange policy for defective items lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your receipt of the item, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
