How is the phone necklace attached to the phone?

Our phone necklace comprises of a transparent phone case securely attached to a braided polypropylene cord. Slip your phone into the phone case and you're ready to go.

Is the necklace length adjustable?

Yes, it is. With our specially designed adjuster, you are able to adjust the necklace to different lengths to style it the way you want.

Can the cord necklace be washed?

As it is attached to an adjuster and phone case, it is advisable not to wash it. For regular maintenance, you can wipe down the cord necklace with a damp cloth and leave it to dry in a cool environment. Polypropylene is known to dry quickly.

We ship internationally. Free shipping on all orders above S$125. The special shipping rates for Australia & Hong Kong are as follows:

 

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and packed. All stocks are subject to availability and will take a maximum of 3 to 4 weeks to arrive and be delivered to you.

ONCE YOUR SHIPMENT IS TURNED OVER TO THE POSTAL SERVICE IN YOUR COUNTRY, IT IS MARKED AS DELIVERED IN OUR SYSTEM. COLLECTING YOUR GOODS FROM YOUR LOCAL POST AND PAYING ANY DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Can I do an exchange or get a refund?

We accept refunds and exchanges only in the event that you have received a defective product or a completely different and incorrect product which does not match the order you placed. All refunds and exchange requests for defective goods will undergo assessment before being approved or rejected. Please understand that not all cases will be approved for refund within reasonable means as a large number of our products have to hand assembled might incur some slight scuffs from the handling.

 

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Cases regarding exchange in colour/phone models will not be entertained. Please confirm your items and sizing before submitting your order.

How long does your exchange policy last?

Our exchange policy for defective items lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your receipt of the item, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
