Please note that once your order has been dispatched, our shippers do not allow for us to change the delivery details so please let us know of any changes or errors before the item is sent out. Prior to the release of all phone models, we take steps to ensure security and fit. The product however, does not guarantee 100% protection for your mobile phone. Handle with care and at own risk. For our Core series, we take pride in using braided PPM cord with a core. PPM is made from Polypropylene multi filament fibre. Polypropylene does not absorb moisture, is light weight (even when wet), feels smooth and doesn't get dirty quickly. YES WOW!
For our Construct series, we kept parts separate so you can mix and match it to your personal preferences. Got a new phone? No problem. Just purchase another case, attach that strap on hand and you are sorted.
Across all the hardware in our products, we have also made sure that they are non-toxic, meaning it is safe for humans (especially for those with little humans) and animals (OEKO-TEX®). We have chosen to use nickel-free hard that is extra gentle for those who have sensitive skin.
We accept refunds and exchanges only in the event that you have received a defective product or a completely different and incorrect product which does not match the order you placed. All refunds and exchange requests for defective goods will undergo assessment before being approved or rejected. Please understand that not all cases will be approved for refund within reasonable means as a large number of our products have to hand assembled might incur some slight scuffs from the handling.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Besbes will not cover the return postage costs. By going ahead with your purchase, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions related to the usage and access of the Site, as may be updated by Besbes from time to time, with or without notice.
Cases regarding exchange in colour/phone models will not be entertained. Please confirm your items and sizing before submitting your order.How long does your exchange policy last?
Our exchange policy for defective items lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your receipt of the item, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
