Singapore Shipping

1. We are aim to have your order dispatched within 1-3 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year.
2. We provide free delivery on all orders above SGD 30 in Singapore. For orders below SGD 30, delivery is at a flat rate SGD 4. Deliveries are fulfilled by Ninja Van. Delivery window is 2-4 business days, not including the day it is picked up. 
3. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you with a tracking number and tracking link once your order has been fulfilled. It can take up to 2 business days to receive updates on the parcel so please be patient!
4. Sorry, We do not have pick up points and will not be able to attend to any special delivery requests. If you are urgently looking to get a Besbes, please check our stockists for more information.

International Standard Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! Your detailed shipping rate will be calculated when you check out. 

Standard Shipping with tracking number

1. All international orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. For shipping outside the United States, you might be required to sign on the package to receive the item and thus please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hour.

4. Once your shipment is turned over to the postal service in your country, it is marked as delivered in our system. Collecting your goods from your local post and paying any duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Kindly follow your order journey through the tracking link provided to the email associated with your order, as we will not be responsible for unsuccessful delivery attempts or delivery delays due to re-routing of article, unsuccessful delivery attempts or insufficient address info.
6. All taxes, customs and import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid by you in order for your parcel to clear customs. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

ORDER PREPARATION

All orders will be sent out based on the address provided by the customer. Any failure to deliver due to errors, omissions in address will be charged a handling fee of SGD 5. Postage to resend will be borne by the customer.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

All orders dispatched from Singapore. Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Besbes is not responsible, and cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check customs regulations of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.

By completing your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your package is seized by customs officials for any reason whatsoever, we will not issue you a refund.
